Finger Your Friends! Story cards randomly encourage players to tell fun stories (we recommend 30 seconds-1 minute but if you’re awesome and people are having fun then keep going!)
Plot Twist! cards change the narrative and you’ll need to use your imagination to tell us what would happen in this situation.
Story Time! cards give the players a chance to tell a personal story based on the content of the card.
How to earn your point!
Be awesome, be entertaining.
Your friends will vote thumbs up/down based on the entertainment value of your story. If the majority of friends give you thumbs up then you’ll earn a point!
Tiebreaker
“But what if we’re tied!” – a 50% vote is good enough for us so we’re cool with awarding the point to keep the game moving.
That doesn’t work for you? Oh you’re one of those people…
We recommend giving the power of tiebreaker to our favorite friend…you know… the one who bought this game!
It’s your game, your rules. Determine your house rules as to how tiebreakers are going to work at this table before playing. Flip a coin, use the character vote cards to determine the result of the tiebreaker, or your friend may need more than 50% to earn a point in your house.
Reminder: FYF is a game and you are allowed to get super creative when telling a story to the group of friends (Hint: Exaggerate your story!)
